Manage and maintain the Salesforce platform, which includes user configuration, profiles, roles, permissions, data integrity, and security.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and assess requirements, and then customize Salesforce to suit business needs.
Create and manage unique objects, fields, formulas, validation rules, workflows, and process builder flows.
Handle data management tasks such as data imports, cleansing, and de-duplication.
Monitor system performance and identify areas for improvement, while implementing best practices to improve efficiency and user experience.
Provide continuous help to Salesforce users, including troubleshooting and answering inquiries.
In order to ensure optimal usage of Salesforce features and encourage user adoption, hold frequent training sessions and produce user documentation.
Keep abreast of Salesforce releases and new features. Assess how applicable they are to our company and arrange for the appropriate updates to be implemented.
To integrate Salesforce with other apps and systems, work with cross-functional teams.
Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a similar profession.
Previous experience as a Salesforce Administrator, with a comprehensive understanding of Salesforce platform administration and setup.
Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM 201 or higher) is necessary.
Strong understanding of Salesforce's data model, security model, and declarative features (such as workflows, process builder, and validation rules).
knowledge of Salesforce data management and data quality procedures
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to troubleshoot and resolve system difficulties.
High interpersonal and communication skills to work well with stakeholders at all levels.
Detail-oriented with a focus on data correctness and system integrity.
Demonstrated ability to manage priorities and fulfill deadlines in a fast-paced workplace, including Salesforce experience.
Lightning and experience with Apex and Visualforce are a bonus.
